How it works

Three easy steps

    Every $1 you spend earns 1 Beauty Point, automatically. Creating an account earns you 50 points before you buy a thing.

  2. Watch them add up

    Log in and your balance shows on the merlot Beauty Points tab, bottom corner of every page — always visible, never a mystery.

  3. Treat yourself

    Open the Beauty Points tab, tap Redeem, choose your reward — the discount code appears and applies at checkout. 100 points is $10 off; 10 points is 10% off.

I had points on the old site — where are they?

Right where you left them. Every member’s balance moved across with us, to the point — and your existing points start a fresh three-month clock from the day we launched, with reminder emails before anything runs out. Log in here with the same email you used before and they’ll be waiting.

Do my points expire?

Points stay fresh for three months from the day you earn them — each purchase starts its own clock, so you’ll never lose everything at once, and we’ll remind you before any run out. Points that moved over from our old site get a full three months from launch day.

How do I redeem?

Log in, tap the merlot Beauty Points tab in the bottom corner of any page, hit Redeem and choose your reward — a discount code is created for you and applies at checkout like any code.
