Ingredient philosophy

Gentle by design

There's a Korean phrase — 신토불이, sintobul-i — that translates as “body and soil cannot be separated.” It comes from food rather than cosmetics: the idea that you are best nourished by what grows in the ground you actually live on. Is Prepy made specifically for mature skin?

Prepy was developed with the changing needs of mature skin in mind — particularly dryness, dehydration, sensitivity, and the way makeup can sit on the skin over time. The formulas suit a wide range of ages and skin types.

Is bakuchiol the same as retinol?

Bakuchiol is a plant-derived ingredient often used as a gentler alternative to retinol. It's not the same ingredient, but it's chosen to support smoother, more refined-looking skin without the usual irritation.
